Quick change discs are staple items in many production shops. They offer instant disc changes, assurance that the disc is centered and they are smooth running. All work well on flat surfaces and most will perform well on contoured surfaces, too.
Quick Disc Connect
KLINGSPOR’s quick discs tackle rapid stock removal on such jobs as general purpose grinding, blending, cleaning, deburring and removal of weld beads and flash.
Quick Roll Connect
QRC discs feature a common male (screw type) hub on the back of the disc. These discs mount easily into our standard Quick Roll Connect holder pad or into the popular Roloc® holder pad with a simple half turn. Stays secure through use of the disc.
Quick Metal Connect
QMC Discs feature a metal locking device centered on the back of the disc that simply twists into the the all-metal attachment on the holder pad to lock into place. These discs must be used with the Quick Metal Connect holder pad or the popular SocAtt® style holder pad.
